The development of 234 apartments has been set within three magnificently landscaped gardens, the Andalusian, Persian and Japanese Gardens with a green display of sub-tropical vegetation and extraordinary exotic flowers, a perfumed paradise that invites to enjoy the fresh air and the sea at the sandy beach of the Hotel Puente Romano, with it’s famous beach club. The residents can enjoy 3 swimming pools in the different gardens, and have access to the Tennis Club with 11 courts + 2 paddle courts, gymnasium and sauna. The facilities of the Hotel are available for residents.
Our full management service covers everything from cleaning service, general maintenance, baby sitting or rentals. And since security is inevitably of prime importance, all apartments are provided with the very latest alarm system connected to a central unit and monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
